 Ah! Transition! Most of us are going through some kind of transition in our life right now. A change of job, the break-up or start of a relationship, retiring, relocating, leaving home, a new fitness/health regime or facing the trauma of a terminal illness — these changes can have major impacts on our well-being, emotions and also the people around us.

When faced with big decisions or considering a major life change, coaching can really help. It is not just talking through your thoughts or plans; coaching can give you some excellent strategies, help you explore possibilities and break those huge mountains into bite-size goals.
